Mandy Witt has successfully leased 1,200 SF at Janesville Plaza to Reliable Salon Resource Group. She represented both sides in the transaction.

After facilitating the sale of one of Stonefield Office Center’s 3 buildings last summer to an existing tenant, Mandy Witt has successfully leased up the remaining office space to a Madison company. This is the first time in recent memory that the multi-tenant building can boast no vacancies.

Bill Mears represented the landlord and Mandy Witt represented the tenant in this transaction.
